Declare India a Spiritual Democracy in the Constitution of India

India is a spiritual land. Shall we declare India a spiritual democracy in the Constitution of India also besides calling it a secular country? The Learner

I believe the best way to learn is by doing. Nothing have changed much for me after the day, when I was born. I was named Gaurav and 40 years after I was born I am still called, well, Gaurav. I am still a child at heart and like a child try to do things first and learn my lessons more from my failures than from my successes. My childhood spent some good time in small villages. Suddenly she had an idea, she started throwing the utensils in the opposite direction so that my father could hear the sound and come to help. I ran to call my father. He came and put a big heavy plate on ...

Vigyan Bhairav Tantra

Vigyan Bhairav  is an ancient text on meditation. This book contains 112 meditation techniques for self-realization. These techniques are so universal they are applicable to all humanity – past, present and future. It is said that all meditation techniques have been covered in  Vigyan Bhairav Tantra  and it is impossible for anyone not to get a suitable technique as per his or her temperament and current spiritual evolution. These techniques turn the mind from past and future to present. In original text, techniques are explained in the form of dialogue between  Devi  (Goddess Parvati) and Shiva.  Devi  asks questions regarding nature of reality. Shiva gives the techniques how one can realize the reality. He knows that mind is tricky so instead of explanation He gives these meditation techniques, non-intellectual in nature, simple and effective. Just do them and the mind will turn to present. Devi  Asks: O Shiva, what is your reali...
