Affirmations – I am Successful

I allow my life to unfold. I am accountable for my life. I am being myself. I am breaking unproductive habits. I am grateful for many blessings. I am honest with myself. I am inspired. I am rich in relationships. I am rich in values. I am solution oriented. I attract successful people. I cheer others' victories. I compete with myself. I choose happiness from within. I enjoy what I have. I enthusiastically get things done. I face problems head on. I focus towards positive outcomes. I forgive myself and others. I grow stronger during the hard times. I ask people who they know at personal and professional level. I am relaxed while meeting people. I excuse myself if I need to. I schedule some time aside to recharge myself. My network is growing.

Gamify Your eLearning

Gamification is revolutionizing the eLearning industry. Game based learning strategies increase learner engagement and attract new registrations.  Gartner  Says By 2015, More Than 50 Percent of Organizations That Manage Innovation Processes Will Gamify Those Processes. According to Wikipedia,  "Gamification is the use of game thinking and game mechanics in non-game contexts to engage users in solving problems." Above definition itself helps derive the important concept that there has to be a problem that the learner is supposed to solve. A context needs to be set so that the learn can relate and has a starting point to interact with the game. Intent is not to create a game but to create gameful experience. This makes sense, else, we would simply call it Game Development instead of Gamification.
