Mahavatar Babaji Temple in Chennai

Locals call it "Siddhar Babaji Temple", "Siddhar Babaji Ashram" and also "Rajini Ashram" as it is frequently visited by Superstar Rajinikanth. So, ask with these names for guidance from local people.

I was a bit confused about the exact location of the temple whether it is in Malaipattu or Padapai. Then, I got to know that it was near Manimangalam. So, I headed towards Manimangalam.

To reach Babaji temple from Chennai, you have to reach Maimangalam. I was staying in a hotel in Kilpauk, Chennai. I took a cab from there and asked him to take me to Manimangalam. There, I inquired about Malaipattu. Malaipattu is 4km from Manimangalam. Going from Malaipattu bus stop towards the Babaji Temple, there is Kalyana Srinivasa Perumal Temple, it has a big image of Sri Anjaneyar. You may prostrate before Anjaneyar and then proceed further.

You will reach the calm and vibrating abode of Babaji at Malaipattu/Padappai. Note: Carry enough eatables, fluid, fruits with you as you may not find any shop or market there.

How to cure or prevent arthritis on your own?

Practice yoga or do some gentle exercises. Change your diet.
