Desires arise, a steady pace.

Rooted deep, ambitions grow,

Sacral's Creative Flow

With faith and trust, the waters dance,

In sacral's realm, dreams enhance.

Imagination weaves its thread,

As passions swirl, from heart to head॥2॥


Solar Plexus's Inner Flame

Willpower burns, a fiery sun,

In solar plexus, battles won.

Decisions made with steadfast might,

Ignite the path, through darkest night॥3॥


Heart's Compassion

Harmony we seek to find,

In heart's embrace, love entwined.

A mastermind of souls aligned,

Together we journey, interwined॥4॥


Throat's Expression

Subconscious whispers find their voice,

As throat chakra lets us rejoice.

Communication's sacred gift,

Manifesting dreams as spirits lift॥5॥


Third Eye's Insight

A radio tuned to cosmic frequency,

In third eye's realm, visionancy.

Intuition's light guides our quest,

Crown's Divine Connection

Above, the crown, a portal wide,

Where higher truths and insights bide.

Connected to cosmic energy,

Till now, unanimous support from all localities has not been achieved for any single language. Sanskrit, no doubt will be acceptable to all. How to cure or prevent arthritis on your own?

You can cure arthritis on your own only if you have strong, rather very strong will power. Read further only if you are sure about it. Drink plenty of water. Practice yoga or do some gentle exercises. Change your diet. Follow Health = Nutrient/Calorie rule i.e. focus more on nutrients than calories intake.  Check your Vitamin D.  Prefer plant based diet than animal proteins. Our biological structure is suited more for plant based foods. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables. Avoid sugar, saturated fats (pizza, cheese, meat, dairy), trans fats (fast foods, fried foods), refined carbohydrates (white floor, white rice), sugar-free (Aspartame), alcohol.  Maintain proper weight. Reduce the load on your knees.  Fast once a week. Longer fasts may help more but experiment and find out what works best for you. Quit smoking (if you do). Avoid wearing high heels.
