Intolerance? No — Let us talk tolerance.

Why are we talking so much about intolerance? Is it because all of us are in favor of tolerance? The answer is yes? If the answer is no, I do not care. No body does. Why not talk of tolerance? Is it not common sense? Talk about something you want, not what you do not want. Can you say that you yourself are tolerant? If yes, then why don't you talk about yourself, share examples and propose solutions instead of cribbing? Remember, if you are part of problem, you are increasing the problem and you yourself are becoming a problem by aggravating it. I pity on the people in public domain who talk about intolerance and think people will appreciate them as intellectuals. Buddy! talk about something you want to see happening. Else, what is the point? If you yourself are not interested to do your bit or have lost the intent to handle the situation, TALK TOLERANCE to RESOLVE INTOLERANCE. How to cure or prevent arthritis on your own?

You can cure arthritis on your own only if you have strong, rather very strong will power. Read further only if you are sure about it. Drink plenty of water. Practice yoga or do some gentle exercises. Change your diet. Follow Health = Nutrient/Calorie rule i.e. focus more on nutrients than calories intake.  Check your Vitamin D.  Prefer plant based diet than animal proteins. Our biological structure is suited more for plant based foods. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables. Avoid sugar, saturated fats (pizza, cheese, meat, dairy), trans fats (fast foods, fried foods), refined carbohydrates (white floor, white rice), sugar-free (Aspartame), alcohol.  Maintain proper weight. Reduce the load on your knees.  Fast once a week. Longer fasts may help more but experiment and find out what works best for you. Quit smoking (if you do). Avoid wearing high heels.

Use body language: your own eye movement for self growth

We may speak lies but our body does not. Use this fact to know more about yourself. You can use body language as a tool to know more about yourself and then use the gained information about yourself to fix yourself. Just do it more willingly and it will show you the results. In this post, I am focusing on the eye movement, when mind is thinking. Here are the key points. Are you thinking about past or future? Looking left is thinking about future.  Looking right while speaking is thinking about past. Which type of information are you accessing visual, auditory or emotional? Looking upward while talking means you are accessing visuals.  Looking sideways at the level of ear means you are accessing auditory data. How to control unwanted thoughts?

Thoughts create emotions. Emotions create your state of being. So, choose happy thoughts. There may be some thoughts that are unwanted, that you want to avoid. But, the point is, they have already entered your mind. That is how you know about them. Do not deny them. Now that they have already entered your mind, you have to deal with them. As an analogy, consider unwanted guests at your home. When they have already entered your house, you cannot deny the fact that they are already in. That will not change the fact. You would have seen and done this, going out for morning walk daily. This is a good practice with many health benefits. However, many people know only a few benefits which does not stop you getting the benefits though. Here are certain tips that can help tremendously to more benefits and they are so great that they can even be called as real benefits if utilized with proper understanding. This has been Earth that has a lot of absorbed and stored energy of Sun. Earth has stored energy from Sun and it is happening from millions of years. Gamify Your eLearning

Gamification is revolutionizing the eLearning industry. Game based learning strategies increase learner engagement and attract new registrations.  Gartner  Says By 2015, More Than 50 Percent of Organizations That Manage Innovation Processes Will Gamify Those Processes. According to Wikipedia,  "Gamification is the use of game thinking and game mechanics in non-game contexts to engage users in solving problems." Above definition itself helps derive the important concept that there has to be a problem that the learner is supposed to solve. A context needs to be set so that the learn can relate and has a starting point to interact with the game. Intent is not to create a game but to create gameful experience. This makes sense, else, we would simply call it Game Development instead of Gamification.
