How to become Yoga Teacher?

Do your practice as learnt from your Guru or teacher. Deepen it with regular practice. People will see the change in you. When people notice change in you, they will ask about it. Share with them. Share with your family and friends what you are doing. Let them know that you are learning and sharing to the best of your knowledge.  Go with the understanding that there is so much to explore within. Learn and share to best of your capability.  With the grace of Guru, things will shape eventually in sync with your evolutionary growth.

It may be surprising to many of us that the quest for the right job can be a spiritual journey but the fact is that many of us are seeking within today to know what is the right career choice for them. Alkaline or Acidic - what to eat?

We can eat both types of foods but we need to ensure we eat more alkaline foods than acidic ones. Acidic foods are, as the name suggests, acid-forming in the body. They can cause weight gain, lethargy and several health problems. On the other side, alkaline foods help to stay in shape and feel and look younger. With alkaline food, we do not have to be too serious about wait gain. I have not heard of any instance where more alkaline has caused any health problems. Generally, alkaline foods (alkaline forming foods) include most fruits, green vegetables, peas, beans, lentils, spices, herbs and seasonings, and seeds and nuts.
